“Domestic and Family Violence” – You Can’t Ask That, Season 4, Ep 1
“You Can’t Ask That” is an original format by the ABC.
Typically featuring a cast of 8, each character speaks to a different arm of the theme and together, they portray a fleshed account of the topic at hand. The show is predicated on an interweave of disparate stories into a single monologue. The logical cause and effect chain, as well as the flow in emotion, are both illusions of my construction.
Spanning 7 seasons, it is a 5-time consecutive AACTA nominee, 1-time AACTA winner and 1-time Rose D’or Winner in the Best Factual category.
I’m proud to have delivered this episode. It was ABC’s submission in our AACTA winning year.
